Tom is an Associate Solicitor, who joined the Employment Team in August 2017.
Tom has continuously practised employee- and employer-focused Employment Law, including conduct of numerous Employment Tribunal actions, since. This includes day-to-day employment and HR advice to employers as well as drafting and reviewing bespoke contracts, handbooks, documents and letters for clients – a skill aided by his years as an Editorial Assistant for one of the world’s largest scientific journals.
Katharine is the head of our employment law department. She deals with all aspects of Employment Law but specialises in providing non contentious employment advice and compliance to both small business ventures and larger companies. In particular, Katharine is experienced in giving advice to companies concerning starting out in industry and reorganisation and can draft a wide range of company documentation in accordance with the individual needs of the business.
Sean joined the Employment Department of Canter Levin & Berg in December 2007. He has experience in all areas of employment law though specialises in Employment Tribunal litigation. Sean has particular expertise in dealing with complex discrimination matters, business reorganisation and redundancy, and unfair dismissal. He also deals with company disputes, breach of contract claims and injunctions, including claims relating to breaches of restrictive covenants.
